ABOUT US
Lottie4Health was created in May 2008 with our initial public health consultation and contract with the Community Health Coalition and their Blood Pressure Education program(BPEP). Lottie4Health was commissioned to create the BPEP surveys and evaluation program report.
Now over 15 years later Lottie4Health has collaborated and partnered with AllofUS Research Program, Cleveland Clinic, Research Triangle Institute, Scripps Research Translational Institute and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

OUR TEAM
Dr. Barnes has 27 years of experience and expertise in Public Health. Dr. Barnes’ dissertation is based on the personal, environmental and social factors (now known as SDOH) that impacts the health of minority groups diagnosed with a chronic disease.

Sheronda provides an educational system lens consultation with her over 20 years of experience in the education field focusing on kindergarten thru fifth grade teaching experience. Sheronda provides invaluable expertise on the connection of social determinants of health from their impact on one the most meaningful drivers of adult health status, their childhood education.

LOTTIE4HEALTH core mission for community services is to assist and guide our clients in the achievement of optimal health and longevity by a multi-dimensional process that includes physical, emotional, social, occupational, and spiritual health. This mission is not an endpoint in our clients' lives, but an active process for our clients to engage in every day.
